The reservation form collects your email, selected template, language, optional pet name and message, consent timestamp and a short source label (such as “share”). We use these details to manage your reservation, answer your request and send related launch updates. No payment details or pet photos are collected. Do not include sensitive information in your message.

Reservation details are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, accessible to the operator. Records expire within one year unless you ask us to remove them earlier. Email zifanwang96@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion or to stop reservation updates. We do not sell reservation details. Cloudflare processes hosting and storage data; infrastructure providers may process data internationally.

A short-lived hash of the requesting IP is used to limit spam; the raw IP is not saved in reservation records. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical logs to provide and secure the site. Rate-limit records expire within one day.

Optional Google Analytics and Plausible traffic statistics load only after you allow analytics. Form values are never sent to analytics. Your choice is stored on this device. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change it. Refusing analytics does not prevent reservations. Search-engine ownership verification and sitemap submission do not transmit reservation data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority. Contact the operator using the email above. If the product or data processing changes, this notice will be updated before those features open.
